Please do not use this form to request more information about a particular dog. We do post dogs on our website, Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat! All of our dogs are kept in foster homes. The best way to meet a particular dog is to apply on our website or to visit them at one of our events.
We provide as much info as we can in our available dogs section. If you are interested in adopting a dog, please click on the 'adopt' button and then fill out an application for the dog you'd like. And don't forget to 'like' us on Facebook!
We adopt to Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota only at this time. Residents of Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota will be required to drive to Wisconsin for a meet and greet and the dog that they apply for MUST already be spayed or neutered at the time of adoption.
We do not allow siblings to be adopted to the same household.
If you are looking to rehome/surrender your current dog, please note that we are not an open shelter. We cannot take in a dog with aggression issues or a bite history.
