Kelly Kay is a people loving retired mama who is happy to be out in the world. She is a typical Beagle. When outside, she has her nose to the ground happily exploring all of the scents around her.

She enjoys the other dogs in her foster home. She has kept her kennel dry at night and walks well on a leash. She is the perfect snuggle buddy with lots of kisses to share.
