Hi! My name is Mr. Whitey and I’m a Beagle Mix who has an adorable personality. I get the zoomies from time to time, but I really love a good snuggle. My most favorite thing in the world is a nice walk. My foster mom says I’m an angel on a leash and that I prance around the neighborhood to show everyone how handsome I am.

I am potty trained and crate trained. I’m not a huge fan of the crate initially but am quiet almost all night after I settle in. I do know a few commands like “leave it” and “off”, but will do best in an environment where we continue training. I am treat motivated and will enjoy training with my new family.

I would do best as an only dog or with a dog that will be patient with me while I acclimate to your home, as it takes me a while to warm up to other dogs. I think it will be worth the wait, though, since one of my fur foster sisters and I love to play together. My foster mom says that I am a velcro dog with a big personality, but am also a little slow to warm up to new people. We are working on this and I am starting to see that I can love more than one person. Speaking of family, I think I’d do best with a smaller family or a family with older kids, since I seem to thrive in a calmer household that can dedicate time to training and regular walks.

I don’t need a fenced yard, however I will always need to be on a leash outside. I am a Beagle Mix with a nose to match. I am a small dog with a giant personality. Who is ready to make me part of their family?
