Hey there! My name is Vinyl from the Types of Flooring Litter and I have to say, life has really gotten better since rescue! I’m a fun-loving guy who is settling into house life. I have done well on my potty-training schedule but this concept is completely new to me so I will need continued help with this in my forever home. I have been quiet in my crate at night and when my people are gone. I have kept it clean as well. I eat my meals in my crate and I’m learning the command “kennel up” to go in. I’m just starting to learn my basic commands but when tasty treats are involved, I’m all ears!

I am a puppy so chewing appropriate toys and bones is something that I am figuring out. I love chasing my ball around and trying to get the other dogs in my home to play. I would do well with another dog but would do just fine by myself too. Corgis are a herding breed so understanding that I will need daily mental and physical activity, regardless of the weather, in order to be my best self, is a must. With this being said, I am a very busy little guy and I’m happiest when I’m outside so if you’re going to apply for me, bundle up because we’re going to enjoy every second of this snowy winter together!

I am just learning how to walk on a leash. It freaks me out when I feel tension on the leash, so as of right now, I need a fenced in yard while I work through leash training. I have shown some interest in the cats at my foster home so I will need a dog savvy cat, if any. I am young and eager to learn so with consistency I think I can coexist with cats just fine. I haven’t been around children, but I think I would do just fine with those who are respectful.

Overall, I’m a ball of energy who’s eager to explore this new life. Are you ready to help me grow into a great companion for life?
