Meet Dr. Doofenshmirtz from the Phineas and Ferb group of Beagles. This adorable little mastermind is currently inventing his greatest creation yet: a happy life.

At 1 year old, I’m just now discovering what it means to be a dog. My first couple of years weren’t filled with the love and kindness every pup deserves, but now that I’ve experienced both, this big world is starting to feel a little less scary each day. As my confidence grows, so does my personality! And let me tell you, I’m becoming quite the spunky little guy!

One of my favorite things is playing with my foster fur sister. She’s my teacher, my role model, and my security blanket all rolled into one. Because I look to her for comfort and guidance, I’ll do best in a forever home with a friendly, confident dog who can continue showing me that life is full of wonderful adventures.

I’m still learning the basics, so I’ll need a family with lots of love, patience, and consistency. I’m working hard on potty training and need continued guidance to learn that outside is the place to go. At night, I sleep peacefully in my kennel. It's my cozy little “den” and I keep it nice and dry. I’ve had a few accidents in the house, but I’m making huge strides every day.
The outdoors can still feel overwhelming, and I’m just beginning to learn how to walk on a leash. Loud noises make me nervous, and when things get a little too exciting, I usually retreat to my safe place until the world settles down again.
With time, encouragement, and a family willing to cheer me on through life’s new experiences, I’m certain I’ll blossom into an amazing companion. Beneath my cautious exterior is a playful, lovable pup who’s ready to write a much happier chapter.
