Meet Oak from the Types of Trees Litter! Oak is the only boy in the litter and the biggest one. He definitely knows it too. This handsome 8-week-old Australian Shepherd is confident, curious, playful and one very smart little guy.

Like any typical herding breed, Oak is a busybody who wants to know what's happening and be right in the middle of it all. His intelligence is already shining through, and he is going to need a family that is ready to keep his mind and body busy as he grows.

Oak would do best with a family who has herding breed experience, a fenced in yard, and an active lifestyle. He would love a family who is excited to continue his training and introduce him to agility, dog sports, or other fun activities that will give his smart little brain a job! Oak is still very much a puppy and is working on house training, crate training, and puppy manners. He's going to need patience, consistency, and lots of positive training. But, we think this boy is going to be an incredible companion for the right family!
